Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport

As always Hyatt House exceeded my expectations. We stayed here because we were in town for a concert at the Lenovo Center. We were hoping for an early check in and the staff member made it happen. It was much appreciated as our flight arrived in early morning. Room was spacious and clean. The highlight for my teen daughter was the Belgian waffle maker at breakfast and the little Nutella packets. The simple things!!! Thank you!!!

A very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large and fully equipped with anything needed (full kitchen). Super close to the airport but also very quiet area

I had a great stay at Hyatt House Raleigh-Durham in terms of the room itself. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, this hotel offers complimentary breakfast, and unfortunately my experience this morning was very disappointing. I checked in last night, had a comfortable night’s sleep, and came down for breakfast today. The coffee was lukewarm, the oranges were spoiled, and the staff were loudly chatting among themselves at the tables. In addition, the grits had a strange smell, which made me uncomfortable. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the breakfast experience was extremely unpleasant. One staff member appeared to be supervising the area but was touching various items while continuously coughing without wearing a mask, which felt unhygienic and concerning. It completely ruined my appetite and made the environment feel unsafe. Because of this experience, I do not wish to stay here again. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that the hotel management will take it seriously and improve the quality and hygiene of their breakfast service for future guests. Have a nice trip!

One of the best Hyatts I have stayed at! The rooms are clean, front desk is helpful and kind, and the breakfast is also great (hot and cold options). Lots of restaurants in walking distance as well. Highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

I had a great experience staying here. The studio rooms are well designed and come with a full-service kitchen. They include an induction stovetop, a microwave, a small dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub with stand-in shower. Just outside the bathroom is a large vanity with a big washbasin and mirror. This setup allows someone to use the vanity even if the toilet or shower is occupied. One small drawback is that brushing your teeth in the vanity area might disturb others who are sleeping in the room. The rooms are well ventilated and have large windows with blackout blinds, which is a big plus. There appear to be many amenities such as a gym, a swimming pool, and workspaces, although I did not use these facilities. The elevators are large and kept very clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options including cereal, oatmeal, grits, muffins, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, bagels, fresh fruit like bananas, strawberries, and blueberries, as well as apple juice, orange juice, milk, and plant-based milk alternatives. Each room has a 55-inch TV with cable, and you can use Chromecast to stream YouTube. Parking is free, but you need to validate it using a QR code. The Wi-Fi is fast enough to stream 4K videos on YouTube without buffering. The hotel is located close to the airport and is very well maintained. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The service is great, all my visitors and family stay here. They have nothing but good things to say! My parents love this place. Due to my mother's limited mobility, they upgraded their room to a wheelchair accessible one, at no extra cost and she was able to be more comfortable the remainder of her stay. Thank you!

My husband, 2yr old toddler and I are here for 4 nights while transitioning to move to the area. They have a pack and play for my toddler and the staff is always so friendly. There’s lots of good food surrounding the hotel but the free breakfast provided is also really good! Although we opted out of room service because of my son’s nap schedule the housekeeping is also very friendly and provided plastic bags or paper towels when we asked for it in passing. We still have one more night here but overall I couldn’t have asked for a better stay while transitioning to our new home.
